I have inherited a 1974 C&C 27' from a friend. The inboard motor died years ago and he replaced with a nice Tohatsu 9.8hp 4 stroke outboard, but the motor mount to which it is attached WILL NOT BUDGE. Cannot lower. It has four springs. We have tried liquid wrench, banging on the bracket and brute force. Any suggestions?
