Scalliwag's Traveller

"Drilled slightly oversized holes to allow for proper fit. Sealed with Sicaflex. Backing plate is 3/16"x1" aluminum plate painted Tremclad white. Bolts are 2"x10x24. I needed 1 bolt on the starboard side 2.5" long. Secured with locking nylon nuts ("Nylock"). Traveller line is 1/4"x20'; mainsheet is 5/16"x50 feet." – Bruce Peever

The windward sheeting car is reported to be a treat to use. Note the use of the snap shackle to move the block to the rail when Scalliwag is in blender-drink mode.
