Have an 86 MKV with wheel steering and 1Gm10
I've been trying to correct a throttle control lever that will not stay at more than say 1/2 throttle when released from hand
lever can be placed above, but quickly reverts back to 1/2 throttle once the hand is removed
I've examined on both ends and see nothing to adjust cable friction
its seems to me that the internally mounted diesel injection pump is spring loaded
is there a supposed to me a counter spring externally that is missing in my installation?
pleas advise if you can
