Thanks

Hi Mark, yes, sold it a month ago
I sleep in the forcabin, did not change that part.
Also the table can drop for a large single or tight double bed. This is where I plan to sleep on passage.
I did a lot work on my MK V, could be profitable for other owners.
Installed a bowsprit with a topdown furler and a deep asymetrical
Replaced the 1GM10 by a 2GM20F
Redesigned the boat interior
Fixed a few soft spots and replaced the roof handrails by stainless indivifual ones as you will see on the video
Converted the icebox to a fridge
Replace head to a Compost dead
Replaced 2 blade fix prop by a Flexofold 13x10 and it is efficient. (prop is for sale, my new 2gm20f can hadle larger prop)
I will put all that on youtube and come back to share
I did redesign my MK V interior, could be of some interest..
I am speaking french in this video, but look at it, you will get the idea

Thanks Steeve, this is not the answer I was hoping for but at least now I know what to do and I will stop searching.
This being said, I will use the existing holes and make them all the way thru and install new wires properly.
Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the answer, I will certainly look at the wireless thing.
However my question on the actual wire routing remains since I did not find wireless VHF antenna yet and I also need to replace the old weak one. :-)

Hi C&C lovers
Bought this 1988 MK V, need to replace the wind vane and its wire but cannot figure where it goes once inside the roof...
I planned cutting a visit window in the toilet roof where it seems to come in, but it seems full solid, not empty at all...
Need guidance here...
Thanks
