Mk V concealed stowage

Jean Rivest closed in the original shelf with plexiglass sliding doors to conceal Neoga's inventory of cups, glasses and food packages.

"The frame is made from oukoumé wood, but birch would be good too. The doors are dark 1/8" plexiglass running in plastic slides. I do not tint the oukoumé as this wood is already dark. I just put 3 coats of Cetol (marine grade, original color). All the wood below is finished with 3 coats of Cetol except the sole, which has 3 coats of satin finish polyurethane for abrasion resistance."
