David, thank you for your reply. I plan on using the plexus product mentioned in the "black arts " article and will speak with them. I have one window frame prepared and I think it will be OK.....Thanks again....Steve

I am currently replacing the windows on our '87 Mark V.....I have read the article in the black arts....The windows came out very easily, however I am having much trouble removing the old glue /chalking/grout without damaging the frame of the window...whether I chip away at it or use a dremel, I seem to minimally damage the gelcoat or wood---it's hard to know where the window frame begins and ends versus the old adhesive....will these imperfections make any difference once the new adhesive is applied or should these be filled in sanded down....I am now at a point of no return ....any information or advice appreciated...Thanks
