I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the Hyde Steamstay roller furlers. I'm in the process of replacing the bearings and found that to replace the halyard spindle bearings, a permanent swaged end must be removed. Does anyone have experience removing this type of swaged (possibly wedged) stay end on this make of furler? Any hints or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi jaghtschip,
Thanks for the reply. I did manage to free up the existing cable. It is installed and working fine. I do appreciate the info and once again, thanks.

I'm looking for a shifter cable for my 1983 Mark 3. Pedestal steering. The id # on the cable is"CC19057 teleflex 6303". Does anyone know where I can find one?
