I have qwned different keel boats for 25 years and am now looking @ c&c 27's mark 1 and 11 I have read your forms and see that delamination of the bulkhead is an area of concern as well as the deck ( to be expected in boats this age ) what of the Hull rigging motor gas tanks wiring etc I sail solo and see that the traveler for wheel steering will not work any heads up would be appreaciated also if u have a boat for sale in southwestern ont let me know

There is a MK1 coming up for sale in the Forum section. It will be posted Today or Tomarrow. Stay Tuned. Or you can Contact Jackie Laidlaw by e-mail at JLaidlaw@FSCO.GOV.ON.CA and find out all about the boat in advance of the posting.
Cheers

I do have a mk1 for sale, you can view it on the forum page. It can easily be rigged for solo by running the halyard to the cockpit. the winches are already in place for that. new gas tank. and atomic 4 engine is serviced annually.
