I have a 1970s version C&C 27 Mark 2 and I noticed the bottom of the roller furling drum is showing a crack. I'm wondering what brand of roller furling this might be and possible fixes? Or replacement parts?

Your furler is unlikely to be original equipment, so it could be any brand, though Harken is the most common. If you upload a few photos, that would help.

Looks kinda sorta like a very old Ultrafurl system with "custom" Home Depot add-ons (assorted nuts and bolts) and end-of-life hardware (wire strop with crimp connectors that's holding on by a few strands).
